This digital application form is intended to gather basic contact information, goals, pre-order athletic apparel. You will be notified by e-mail upon a successful or unsuccessful application. You will be contacted via email if you have been successfully accepted or not by May.

TUITION:
*The 2024-25 tuition is $650 ($112.50/month, over 4 months Feb-May)
*A $200 deposit is required for each participant
