The GROW Program (Guided Recreation and Opportunities to Wonder) is Lloydminster Public School Division’s before- and after-school care program. We are currently seeking part-time, enthusiastic, reliable, and child-centered child care workers to join our team and support the growth and development of students in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children at all times.
  • Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of child development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and teammates.
  • Support smooth daily routines, including transitions, snacks, and cleanup
  • Follow program values, licensing regulations, and LPSD policies.
  • Maintain basic records and participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications

  • Standard First Aid and CPR Level C (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Preference may be given to those with Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or related experience (not required) 
  • Demonstrated interest in working with children in a group care setting 
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
