Active Edge

LPSD Active Edge

Our goal with the LPSD Active Edge is to enrich the Lloydminster and surrounding communities with new sports educational opportunities. The Active Edge will allow students from Grades 7-8 across the division to participate in an enhanced physical education program focusing on alternative sports and active activities.

  • Active Edge aims to provide students with an array of opportunities to try and develop skills in a wide range of activities found in Lloydminster and the area.
  • We hope to build confidence and resiliency through fitness.
  • This program will be open to all skill levels as students will receive knowledgeable instruction in all activities.

With a diligent, well-thought-out, fitness-centred plan, we believe the Active Edge will offer an exceptional physical activity-based program.

The LPSD Active Edge applications opens March 1st.

With limited spots, the program may fill up quickly.
